Our Shop Policies

Here is an outline of our various policies. If you're concerned about an issue to do with the shop or the website please don't hesitate to get in touch via phone or e mail.

We're always happy to help with issues regarding your shopping or web browsing experience with us, as we are with your instrument purchase and support.

Website Policy

We do our best to keep the site current, but prices quoted on this website are sometimes be subject to change. Please feel free to call the shop to confirm the price of any instrument. All prices are GST inclusive.

The availability of items in stock is also subject to change, as a customer may purchase the last of a stock item before we can remove it from the website. If you'd like to double check that an item is in stock, please call before your visit. 07 3369 9530 or toll free 1300guitar

Laybe Policy

The Guitar Shop offers up to 12 weeks Layby on most items. Extended terms can be arranged depending on the item. We require a minimum of 10% deposit

also:
• Canceled Laybys on shop stock carry a 20% cancellation fee.
• All Laybys are strictly 12 weeks. No refund on overdue laybys.
• All Laybys must have payments made at least once every 4 weeks.
• Cancellation fee on Laybys or customer orders is 20% of invoice total

All Special Orders or Custom Orders are non refundable if cancelled. Special Orders are defined as an order for a non stock item that is ordered into stock at the customer's request. Custom Orders are defined as an order for a non stock item that is cutomised specifically to a customer's specifications.

We offer no refund on overdue Laybys unless previously arranged. We can organise time extensions if we are contacted within the Layby period.

Returns Policy

You are entitled to a refund OR repair OR exchange or credit if the products you've bought are:
• faulty
• significantly different to those shown or described to you
• not doing what they’re supposed to do.

If you have a item that you are wanting to return call us on (07) 3369 9530 or come in and have a chat and we will assess the situation.

If you join our e mail list or give us your e mail address or other contact details upon making a purchase at the shop your details are safe with us.

We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever pass on your contact or payment details to any third party vendor, associate or service provider.
